Spring surges forward to usher in a new journey; persistent learning fuels growth. From March 5 to 7, 2026, the 1st Session (Phase II) of the Tsinghua University Innovative Management and Outstanding Leadership Training Program, jointly organized by FNY and the School of Continuing Education, Tsinghua University, successfully concluded at Tsinghua University Shenzhen International Graduate School.

As a systematic empowerment training program consisting of four phases within one session, Phase II brought together FNY core backbones and market strategy committee members at Tsinghua University Shenzhen International Graduate School. Combining classroom lectures with visits to benchmark enterprises, the program broadened horizons and activated thinking, empowering the FNY team to forge ahead and achieve continuous progress toward high-quality development in the big health industry.

01 Opening Remarks: Unite Strength, Forge Ahead Steadily

Before the official commencement of courses on March 5, Li Nan, President of FNY, delivered a mobilization speech and placed high expectations on all participants. He stated that amid accelerated industrial transformation and increasingly fierce market competition, continuous learning is the key for the team to maintain core competitiveness, as well as an important pillar for FNY to build a learning-oriented organization and realize high-quality development. He encouraged everyone to cherish this learning opportunity, absorb new knowledge earnestly, translate insights into practical work outcomes, and jointly drive FNY to advance steadily along the big health track.

02 Program Highlights: Forward-looking Vision, Empowerment for the Future

The curriculum of this training program features forward-thinking, practicality and pertinence. Closely aligned with development trends of the big health industry and the capacity upgrading needs of core backbones, it covers three core modules: application of artificial intelligence, best practices of benchmark enterprises, and psychological literacy improvement. Authoritative industry experts were invited to deliver lectures, paired with field visits to benchmark enterprises, realizing dual empowerment through “theory plus practice”.

On the whole day of March 5, Li Zuxi, Director of the Tsinghua University Metaverse Laboratory, Vice President and Dean of Innovation Institute of Beijing Qingbo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., presented a special lecture titled AI Technology Application Driven by Innovation and Its Social Impacts in the Future.

Starting from the evolution of artificial intelligence technologies, Mr. Li conducted an in-depth analysis of the underlying logic and application scenarios of cutting-edge technologies including AIGC, metaverse and large models. Supported by abundant cases, he vividly illustrated how AI reshapes all industries. The classroom atmosphere was vibrant, and participants actively reflected on boundless possibilities of “AI + Big Health” through interaction and exchanges.

On March 6, to facilitate in-depth integration of theory and practice, the program arranged field visits to benchmark enterprises. Participants embarked on immersive learning exchanges at two representative tech giants: DJI and Tencent.

In the morning, participants visited DJI and witnessed the innovative strength of a hard-tech enterprise up close. As the absolute global leader in civilian drones, DJI’s technical barriers and innovative concepts in flight control systems and imaging technology enabled participants to deeply understand the significance of “independent and controllable core technologies”.

In the afternoon, the group visited Tencent to gain insights into the development of its nationwide social ecosystem, research and application of cloud computing and large AI models. Participants learned advanced experience in digital transformation, organizational management and ecosystem layout, and reflected on how to integrate digital thinking into the operation and development of the big health industry.

On March 7, An Kang, distinguished psychology expert and joint master graduate of Tsinghua University and MIT, delivered a special lecture entitled Stress Management and Psychological Adjustment.

Combining common workplace stress scenarios, Mr. An popularized scientific knowledge of stress management and shared practical psychological adjustment skills via case analysis, theoretical explanation and interactive experience. The session helped participants ease workplace pressure, adjust physical and mental conditions, engage in work and life with a more positive and healthy mindset, and laid a solid psychological foundation for efficient team performance.

During the three-day training, participants devoted themselves wholeheartedly, thinking diligently and asking questions actively. They listened attentively and engaged in interactions in class, observed carefully and communicated profoundly during enterprise visits, and shared insights to reach consensus in after-class seminars. They effectively achieved the transition from knowledge absorption to thinking upgrading, and from concept renewal to capability improvement.

03 Set Sail with New Momentum: Learn, Think, Practice and Realize Insights to Embark on a New Chapter

Although the three-day training has come to an end, learning and growth for FNY’s core team never stop. As a vital phase of the first training session, this trip to Shenzhen extends the Phase I training and lays a solid foundation for the subsequent two phases. Moving forward, FNY will further deepen cooperation with Tsinghua University. Relying on a systematic and progressive curriculum system, the company will accompany every business partner to grow and transcend themselves through continuous learning.
