From June 11 to 13, 2026, the 1st Program (Session 3) of the Training Program on Innovative Management and Outstanding Leadership, jointly organized by FNY and the School of Continuing Education of Tsinghua University, was held and successfully completed in Suzhou.

Teaching for this training session was hosted at the Tsinghua Suzhou Institute for Environmental Innovation. All participants were core backbones and members of the Market Strategy Committee of FNY. Participants promoted thinking through learning and boosted practice through research. Via diversified forms including theoretical lectures, visits to benchmark enterprises and exchange seminars, they enhanced comprehensive capabilities and broadened their horizons, building momentum for the high-quality development of FNY.

Classroom Learning to Elevate Leadership

On June 11, Cheng Jiangang, Master from Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, Practical MBA Mentor at the MBA Education Center and Career Development Mentor at the Career Development Center (CDC) of Tsinghua SEM, delivered a special lecture entitled Building a Leadership-Driven Organization.

The lecture focused on core themes including corporate governance, enterprise operation and organizational transformation. Combining cutting-edge management theories and practical cases, it helped participants establish a systematic knowledge framework for leadership.

During the class, participants actively shared and discussed issues related to their work, deepening understanding and reaching consensus through exchange of ideas.

On-site Visits to Learn Advanced Practices

On June 12, participants visited two well-known enterprises: Ecovacs and Suzhou King Long.

They toured corporate exhibition halls and attended special forums, gaining an in-depth understanding of the development journeys and practical approaches of the two enterprises in technological innovation, intelligent transformation and global development. They experienced the business philosophy and innovative thinking of industry leaders at close range and drew valuable experience for their daily work.

Insights from Classics to Unlock Management Wisdom

On June 13, Ding Wanming, Lecturer at the School of Continuing Education of Tsinghua University, Professor at the Party School of CPC Hebei Provincial Committee and speaker of the CCTV program Lecture Room series Comments on Zizhi Tongjian, gave a lecture on Zeng Guofan’s Wisdom in Talent Utilization and Team Management Strategies.

The course explored traditional management wisdom and interpreted its application in modern corporate management scenarios. It shared practical approaches in talent identification, recruitment and team building, offering new perspectives for participants to optimize management models and improve team efficiency.

Participants commented that the training featured substantial and practical content. They acquired professional modern management knowledge, learned from the development experience of benchmark enterprises, and drew management wisdom from traditional culture, achieving remarkable progress in mindset and comprehensive competence.
