At 9 a.m. on March 5, the 4th Session of the 14th National People’s Congress opened grandly at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Geng Funeng, Deputy to the National People’s Congress from the Sichuan Delegation, walked firmly into the Great Hall of the People with high spirits. Together with other NPC deputies, he performed the sacred duties entrusted by the Constitution and laws, to discuss major national development plans.
