On December 5, 2025, Sichuan FNY Biotechnology Co., Ltd. held a special meeting to thoroughly study the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), and fully communicate and implement all decisions and arrangements from relevant group meetings. On-site attendance was arranged for on-the-job employees, while staff based in other regions or on business trips joined synchronously via video conference, ensuring the spirit of the meeting was communicated to every employee.

At the opening of the meeting, under the guidance of Zhao Peilin, Director of Public Affairs of FNY, all employees participated in special learning focused on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. Participants reviewed the major achievements China made during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, gained an in-depth understanding of the CPC Central Committee’s scientific assessment of domestic and international situations, and focused on grasping the guiding ideology, major principles, key objectives, strategic tasks and fundamental guarantees for economic and social development in the 15th Five-Year Plan period.

Following the special learning session, the company’s senior management team took the lead in exchanging insights by combining learning experience with work practices. From the perspectives of the company’s future development, product layout and operational management, they elaborated on how to take the spirit of the Plenary Session as guidance to tackle difficulties in corporate development.

In his speech sharing insights, Geng Yuechang, Chairman of FNY, emphasized that upholding the overall leadership of the CPC serves as the fundamental guarantee for corporate development. We must draw wisdom and strength from the Party’s century-long journey and spirit. Combining national economic development strategies, he elaborated on the important position and development opportunities of the big health industry in the new era. He required all staff to integrate the Party’s leadership into the whole process of operation and management, guide corporate development practices with the Party’s innovative theories, take the initiative to serve the overall national development agenda, and drive the company toward higher-quality and more sustainable development.

The meeting also organized criticism and self-criticism. In the spirit of enhancing unity and improving work efficiency, all employees conducted self-examination and mutual exchanges, effectively strengthening team cohesion and collaboration. Meanwhile, mobilization and arrangements were made to continuously solicit suggestions on corporate development from all employees, encouraging everyone to think deeply and actively offer advice on improving operational efficiency, technological innovation and management optimization.

This meeting represents both an in-depth political theoretical study and a pragmatic work mobilization. FNY will continuously strengthen Party building leadership, closely follow national progress and the Group’s strategies.
