On the afternoon of March 13, 2026, in response to the theme of Improving Consumption Quality for the 2026 3·15 International Consumer Rights Day, FNY collaborated with Jinniu District Administration for Market Regulation, Jinniu District Public Security Bureau and Jinniu District People’s Procuratorate of Chengdu to jointly hold a 3·15 public welfare seminar on consumer rights protection at CapitaMall Jinniu. The activity popularized knowledge on consumer rights protection among citizens, conveyed the philosophy of integrity-based operation, and helped foster a safe, reassuring and fair market consumption environment.

At the event, FNY staff worked closely with law enforcement officers from market supervision, public security, procuratorate and other departments. Through display boards, distribution of brochures and on-site explanations, they elaborated to passing citizens on key tips for purchasing safe food, methods to prevent telecom and online fraud, and ways to identify pyramid scheme traps.

In view of emerging scams and mutated pyramid schemes in the consumption sector, staff conducted in-depth analysis based on typical cases, reminding the public to stay alert to traps such as “free experience”, “high rebates” and “pension investment”, so as to safeguard their property. A large number of citizens stopped to participate, creating lively interactions on site.
