Review and Recharge, Forge Ahead into a New Journey | FNY Holds the 2025 H1 Summary & H2 Work Deployment Conference
On the afternoon of July 14, the conference themed Review and Recharge, Forge Ahead into a New Journey — FNY 2025 H1 Summary & H2 Work Deployment Conference was grandly convened at the company headquarters in Chengdu, Sichuan. All personnel at the director level and above gathered to review work achievements in the first half of the year and draw up the development blueprint for the second half. The conference was hosted by He Fan, Director of the FNY Education Department.

The conference kicked off with an address delivered by Geng Yuechang, Deputy General Manager of Good Doctor Group and Chairman of FNY. Chairman Geng Yuechang fully affirmed the steady growth of the company in the first half of the year. He pointed out that amid a complex and volatile market environment, the company achieved phased results in product research and development, market expansion and brand building, laying a solid foundation for the annual targets. Meanwhile, the company is confronted with challenges including intensified market competition and diversified consumer demands. He stressed that FNY should further strengthen internal coordination, stimulate innovation vitality, improve market insight and execution efficiency, embrace opportunities and challenges with firm confidence, and make every effort to fully accomplish the annual goals.
Subsequently, heads of the Brand Operation Center, Market Expansion Center, Marketing Center, New Retail Center and Market Management Center delivered work reports and summaries in sequence.
01 Brand Operation Center
You Yan, Vice President of FNY and General Manager of the Brand Operation Center, presented the center’s work report. She stated that the company launched multiple new products in H1 and achieved new breakthroughs in brand development. Notable progress was made in cooperation with universities and R&D teams in daily market training and event coordination.
Moving forward, the Brand Operation Center will accelerate the launch of new products, deepen strategic cooperation with top-tier universities to facilitate efficient transformation of scientific research achievements, and fully push forward the preparation for FNY Health Management Centers.
02 Market Expansion Center
Zhang Guohua, Vice President of FNY and General Manager of the Market Expansion Center, delivered the work report of the center. In H1 2025, domestic market expansion advanced steadily, and substantial progress was made in international business development. Overseas operation centers in South Korea, Malaysia and other regions entered preparation and operation phases. The company and market partners actively fulfilled corporate social responsibilities by bringing public welfare activities to frontline markets and polishing the corporate citizenship image. Steady progress was also achieved in market compliance work, with continuous regulation of the disorder of low-price online sales.
In H2, the company will continue to take strong measures to curb unauthorized low pricing and chaotic pricing online, safeguard legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and promote sound market development.
03 Marketing Center
Li Zhiqiang, Vice President of FNY and General Manager of the Marketing Center, presented the center’s work report. He summarized H1 progress covering brand management, content marketing, product iteration, and marketing support for conferences and events.
For H2, the center will continue to deepen brand strategy upgrading and communication, build high-impact brand IPs, drive the transformation of content marketing toward health solution services, establish a standardized material system to maintain a unified and professional brand image, implement refined cost control, and comprehensively boost conference execution efficiency.
04 New Retail Center
Cao Yingjun, Vice President of FNY and General Manager of the New Retail Center, delivered the center’s work report. In H1, the New Retail Center achieved sales growth via new product launches, product iteration and diversified market activities.
In H2, New Retail will focus on product optimization and upgrading, launch customized health solutions, plan scenario-based activities including salons, fat-loss camps and study tours, strengthen the development of distributor IPs and professional training, and enhance market competitiveness.
05 Market Management Center
