Golden September witnesses earnest pursuit of knowledge for long‑term progress. From September 7 to 10, 2026, the Cohort 1 (Session 4) of "Tsinghua University Innovative Management and Excellent Leadership Training Program", co‑hosted by FNY and the School of Continuing Education of Tsinghua University, successfully concluded at Tsinghua University in Beijing. As the closing session of the four‑phase systematic empowerment training for Cohort 1, senior executives, members of the Strategy Committee and Development Committee of FNY gathered at the century‑old institution. Combining classroom study with on‑site teaching at benchmark enterprises, they completed all courses of Cohort 1 and were officially awarded completion certificates.

Since the launch of Cohort 1 of FNY "Tsinghua University Innovative Management and Excellent Leadership Training Program" in December 2025, FNY’s core team has attended systematic courses on innovative management and leadership in Beijing, Shenzhen, Suzhou and other cities. Returning to Tsinghua Campus for this session not only continued the learning journey, but also marked the successful completion of Cohort 1. Participants promoted thinking through learning and guided practice via research. They broadened horizons and deepened understanding through classroom improvement and benchmark enterprise visits, building new momentum for the high‑quality development of FNY.

01.Insights from The Records of Personages: Refining Wisdom in Talent Identification & Utilization

On September 8, Wang Xiaoyi, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the Department of History at Tsinghua University, delivered a special course on traditional Chinese wisdom of talent identification and utilization based on The Records of Personages. Centered on this classic ancient work on talent studies, Professor Wang elaborated on ancient wisdom and approaches for recognizing, observing and employing talents. Combined with modern corporate management scenarios, he guided participants to reflect on practical transformation, bringing brand‑new perspectives for talent identification and deployment.

02. Building High‑performance Teams & Enhancing Execution Capability

On September 9, Liu Tian, MBA Alumni Mentor of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, gave a special course titled Building High‑performance Teams and Execution Capability. Focusing on two major themes — high‑performance team building and execution improvement, and drawing on abundant management practices and cases, the course systematically illustrated key methods for constructing team mechanisms, setting goals and fostering corporate culture, equipping participants with practical approaches to build high‑efficiency teams and implement corporate strategies.

01.Visit ByteDance: Exploring Digital Growth Paradigms

On the morning of September 10, participants visited ByteDance (Douyin Group), one of the world’s largest unicorn enterprises, for study themed Business on Douyin, Operations via Feishu: Operation Platform and Growth Paradigm of Douyin Omni‑channel Marketing.

Participants toured the enterprise exhibition hall and held seminars. They gained in‑depth understanding of ByteDance’s management philosophy, corporate culture and scientific & technological innovations, systematically learned R&D and application practices of tech infrastructure for digital‑native organizations, and learned from ByteDance’s advanced experience in empowering corporate digital transformation with tool products, which offered valuable references for digitally enabling the big‑health industry.

02.Visit JD Group: Insights into Digital Transformation & Upgrading

In the afternoon of the same day, participants visited JD Group, a leading Chinese self‑operated e‑commerce enterprise, for on‑site teaching themed Digital Transformation of JD Big‑health Business. They visited JD Asia‑No.1 Beijing Logistics Park and JD Group Culture Hall, listened to sharing on JD retail strategies, and gained first‑hand experience of leading practices of top enterprises in intelligent supply chain and digital operation, which further deepened their understanding of digital transformation paths for the big‑health industry.

Graduation ceremony

Completion of Four Sessions: A Successful Conclusion

The graduation ceremony was held on the afternoon of September 10. By this point, all FNY participants of Cohort 1 of "Tsinghua University Innovative Management and Excellent Leadership Training Program" had finished all four sessions of courses, officially completed the program and received completion certificates.

Spanning traditional Chinese wisdom to modern management, and covering classroom lectures to benchmark enterprise visits, the four‑session training bridged ancient‑and‑modern knowledge and integrated theory with practice, delivering a systematic and in‑depth capability‑building journey for participants. Taking this graduation as a new starting point, participants will translate knowledge acquired at Tsinghua into concrete actions to drive FNY’s high‑quality development and embark on new journeys.

Four training sessions have come to a successful end: Studying at Tsinghua, Winning the Future. FNY has always attached great importance to talent cultivation and team building.
