From August 2 to 4, 2026, FNY · Good Doctor Guzheng Special Skills Training for Health Management — Weight Management Instructor Competency Training Program (Session 4) was successfully held in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province.

Hosted in a core city of East China, this training adopted the mature closed-loop teaching system applied in the previous three sessions. With an integrated model of lectures, practical drills and graduation assessments, it continuously cultivates high-caliber professionals for the service network of the Good Doctor Guzheng Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Precision Weight Management Project.

August 2

At the training opening ceremony, You Yan, Vice President of FNY and General Manager of Brand Operation Center, attended and delivered a speech.

Combining the strengths of the health industry and the market potential of weight management in East China, Ms. You elaborated on the significance of building a professional instructor team for deepening regional market presence. She encouraged all participants to master professional expertise and improve service capabilities, empower the East China market with standardized and scientific integrated Chinese and Western medicine weight management services, and support the brand’s in-depth regional development.

Following the opening ceremony, intensive training courses kicked off. Director Tang Qi from the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, West China Fourth Hospital, Sichuan University delivered systematic lectures on exercise-based weight loss, appropriate TCM techniques, industry group standards and digital management systems to unify standardized service procedures.

Director Liu Yan from the Department of Nutrition, Chengdu First People’s Hospital focused on medical nutritional weight loss, and explained in detail weight assessment, full-cycle weight loss plans and practical dietary skills.

Dr. Chen Jin, Doctor of Chinese Medicinal Formulaology, Medical Director of Good Doctor Health Management Center, Physician of the TCM Department of Chengdu Hi-Tech Good Doctor No.1 Hospital and former Pathology Lecturer at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, gave special lectures on the brand’s core fat reduction program, product portfolio, health management system and mini-program check-in skills. She provided highly actionable store operation solutions for all trainees.

August 3

The second day of training centered on practical operation of intelligent devices and special assessments, featuring continuous lectures and integrated learning & evaluation.

Chen Shanhui, Director of Product R&D of FNY, delivered tutorials, arranged practical drills and organized assessments for the body composition analyzer and AI intelligent tongue diagnosis instrument, empowering trainees with capabilities in digital precision services.

Dr. Chen Jin conducted a comprehensive assessment covering core course content to consolidate learning outcomes.

In the evening, Zhao Qibin, Senior Lecturer of FNY, delivered training and practical drills on the special Meridian Moxibustion Rehabilitation Therapy Technology. The program deeply integrates TCM physiotherapy with weight management to enrich trainees’ professional service skills.

August 4

On the closing day, Lecturer Zhao Qibin reviewed key and difficult points via the Meridian Moxibustion Instrument and the Ten Questions & Ten Answers operation guidelines, and completed the universal practical assessment for the equipment, forming a complete closed-loop teaching system.

Subsequently, the examination for Weight Management Specialist Certificate organized by Sichuan Health Manager Association was held on site to help trainees obtain professional practice qualifications. Meanwhile, based on physical store scenarios, Dr. Chen Jin illustrated the practical weight management workflow for health experience stores, bridging theoretical learning and terminal implementation.

A grand graduation ceremony was held at the end of the training. Hou Xugang, Vice President of FNY and General Manager of Marketing Management Center, and You Yan, Vice President of FNY and General Manager of Brand Operation Center attended the ceremony.

Vice President Hou Xugang expressed the hope that all trainees can apply what they have learned. They shall implement the integrated Chinese and Western medicine techniques, intelligent device operation skills and store operation methods acquired in this training into frontline work. By delivering professional and standardized weight management services, they can consolidate store reputation, safeguard customers’ health, and facilitate high-quality and standardized development of the project.

After the speech, Vice President Hou Xugang and Vice President You Yan jointly presented graduation certificates to the trainees. At the end of the ceremony, all instructors and trainees took a group photo, marking the successful conclusion of this training session.
