From July 26 to 28, 2026, FNY · Good Doctor Guzheng Special Skills Training for Health Management — Weight Management Instructor Competency Training Program (Session 3) was successfully held in Shenyang, Liaoning Province.

Co-sponsored by Sichuan Health Manager Association, jointly undertaken by Sichuan FNY Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Good Doctor Guzheng TCM Clinic Management Co., Ltd., this activity aims to continuously advance the implementation of the Million Weight Management Specialists Special Skills Training Program, consolidate the talent pool for the Good Doctor Guzheng Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Precision Weight Management Project, and build a standardized and professional team of weight management instructors.

The first two training sessions were held at FNY Headquarters in Chengdu. This session marks the first training hosted outside Sichuan, helping improve the national talent training layout. Adopting a mature standardized curriculum that integrates medical theories, practical operation of intelligent equipment, traditional Chinese medicine techniques and store operation, the training implements an integrated teaching model featuring continuous lectures, hands-on practice and graduation assessments to effectively improve trainees’ capability in delivering on-site services.

Reinforcement of Theoretical Knowledge

The training officially opened on July 26. You Yan, Vice President of FNY and General Manager of Brand Operation Center, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Combining the development plan of the Company’s weight management project and the prospects of the Northeast market, she elaborated on the importance of building a professional instructor team. She hoped that trainees could consolidate professional capabilities through systematic training, grow into core practitioners for regional weight management services, and promote the popularization of scientific and standardized integrated Chinese and Western medicine weight management services across Northeast China.

After the opening ceremony, courses proceeded in an orderly manner. Director Zhou Xue from the Department of Nutrition, Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital systematically delivered lectures on weight assessment, the full process of medical nutritional weight loss, case application and practical dietary design, consolidating trainees’ theoretical foundation in modern nutritional weight loss.

Director Tang Qi from the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, West China Fourth Hospital, Sichuan University gave lectures on exercise prescription formulation, appropriate TCM weight loss techniques, interpretation of industry group standards and practical operation of the digital weight management system, further standardizing service standards and procedures for weight management.

Dr. Chen Jin, Doctor of Chinese Medicinal Formulaology, Medical Director of Good Doctor Health Management Center, Physician of the TCM Department of Chengdu Hi-Tech Good Doctor No.1 Hospital and former Pathology Lecturer at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, delivered special training on the Company’s core project system. She provided a detailed interpretation of the 321 Fat Loss, Muscle Gain & Remodeling Program, the core weight management product portfolio, the New TCM Health Management System and practical mini-program check-in operation methods, offering highly actionable store operation solutions for all trainees.

Practical Training & Drills

Training on July 27 focused on hands-on operation of digital equipment and assessment of specialized skills, prioritizing practical implementation.

Chen Shanhui, Director of Product R&D of FNY, conducted tutorials, practical drills and special assessments for two intelligent devices: the InBody-H30 body composition analyzer and AI intelligent tongue diagnosis instrument. He guided trainees to master standard operation, data interpretation and application of the equipment, enabling them to proficiently grasp core skills including digital precise constitution differentiation and body composition testing services.

Dr. Chen Jin organized a comprehensive assessment covering the project system, product application and operation of the health management system taught in previous courses to examine trainees’ learning outcomes.

Zhao Qibin, Senior Lecturer of FNY, launched training on the distinctive Meridian Moxibustion Rehabilitation Therapy Technology. He delivered lectures and on-site drills covering theoretical knowledge and operating procedures of the Meridian Moxibustion Instrument, deeply integrating the Company’s characteristic TCM physiotherapy technology with weight management services and enriching trainees’ service scenarios and technical reserves.

Assessment & Graduation

July 28 was dedicated to training review, assessment and certification. Through the Q&A session, Lecturer Zhao Qibin reviewed key and difficult points regarding the Meridian Moxibustion Instrument operation, answered questions and completed practical assessments for all participants, forming a closed-loop technical teaching system.

Subsequently, the official unified examination for Weight Management Specialists organized by Sichuan Health Manager Association was held. Trainees who pass the examination can obtain officially recognized professional qualifications and are competent to provide standardized professional services.

After the examination, based on offline store operation scenarios, Dr. Chen Jin illustrated the full standardized workflow of weight management in New TCM Health Experience Stores, helping trainees bridge theoretical knowledge, technical skills and on-site store implementation.

A grand graduation ceremony was held at the end of the training. Hou Xugang, Vice President of FNY and General Manager of Marketing Management Center, and You Yan, Vice President of FNY and General Manager of Brand Operation Center attended the ceremony.

Vice President Hou Xugang delivered an inspiring speech and affirmed the achievements of the Shenyang training session. He pointed out that nationwide touring training is a core initiative of the Company’s talent strategy, and encouraged all trainees to work with professional certificates and apply what they have learned. They shall empower terminals and serve the market with professional services, and support the in-depth development of the project in Northeast China.

Following the speech, Vice President Hou Xugang and Vice President You Yan jointly presented graduation certificates to the trainees. At the end of the ceremony, all instructors and trainees took a group photo, marking the successful conclusion of this training session.

Forge Ahead with New Momentum

Compared with the previous two sessions, the biggest highlight of the Shenyang training lies in the breakthrough in regional layout. Building on the mature standardized curriculum system and teaching model established in the first two sessions, FNY launched its weight management instructor training in Northeast China for the first time, breaking geographical restrictions. It serves as a landmark sign that the Company is shifting from regional talent cultivation to nationwide talent empowerment.

In the future, relying on the professional platform of Sichuan Health Manager Association, FNY will continue to roll out the Million Weight Management Specialists Special Skills Training Program, maintain a standardized, high-quality and regular training system, and continuously deliver certified, practice-oriented professional weight management instructors to all regions across the country. Supported by professional talents, FNY will drive the nationwide, standardized and high-quality development of the Good Doctor Guzheng Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Precision Weight Management Project.
